The type of machinery dedicated to this process, which we could describe as a seamless smock effect, allows an absolute flexibility in the design and creation of pleated patterns. Although there is a fixed ratio of 10 millimeters between the springs that create the smock effect, there are no other limits regarding the size of the pleats or loose parts that we can produce. This flexibility allows us to fully meet our customers’ design needs, ensuring impeccable and customized results.
